Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that incorporate their specific goals, needs, and cultural backgrounds.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various settings: individual, couple, family, and group.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress while ensuring continuity of care through collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to clinic policies and compliance regulations to ensure best practices.

• Educate clients and their families about managing mental health conditions, empowering them with skills and knowledge for effective self-care.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Analyze treatment outcomes regularly to evaluate effectiveness and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal client recovery.

• Stay current with latest research and practices within the mental health field, incorporating learnings into your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
