Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances, followed by developing and customizing evidence-based treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the individual needs of your clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records that adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards set by HIPAA and other regulatory bodies.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic care, participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews to continuously refine service delivery.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care journey.

• Stay informed about current trends and research in mental health to enhance your practice and ensure effective patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
