Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including comprehensive psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand the needs of each student.

  Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs.

  Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring swift access to care during acute mental health crises, working alongside educators and healthcare professionals.

  Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to established regulations and clinic policies.

  Engage in psychoeducation with patients and families, equipping them with strategies and knowledge essential for managing mental health conditions effectively.

  Work jointly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, school nurses, and case managers to achieve a holistic approach to student care.

  Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes to assess effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to enhance the therapeutic process.

  Stay informed on current research and best practices, integrating new findings into therapeutic approaches to continuously improve the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
