Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessed needs, utilizing solution-focused approaches to effectively address mental health issues.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting these approaches to fit the specific needs and preferences of each client.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring compliance and documentation integrity.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support to clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary meetings to discuss treatment strategies and enhance the quality of care delivered to students.

• Provide educational resources and support to students and their families regarding available mental health services, treatment options, and local community resources.

• Continuously update your knowledge of current developments in the field of mental health to incorporate new findings into clinical practice, enhancing treatment effectiveness and patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n
