Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual assessments and provide treatment for clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders, both in-office and within the community.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based integrated care plans tailored to the needs of each client.
\n
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, participating in team meetings and contributing to common goals.
\n
• Maintain a caseload, providing regular updates and documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
\n
• Assist clients in crisis intervention efforts, ensuring immediate support and appropriate follow-up.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy and family therapy sessions, enhancing the therapeutic experience and outcomes for clients and their families.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments to care plans to improve client outcomes.
\n
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational procedures throughout all interactions.

• Participate in quality improvement committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role encompasses a diverse array of children and adolescents facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will be responsible for delivering tailored therapeutic services that respond to each client’s unique background, beliefs, and circumstances. Your interaction with clients will be guided by empathy, a strong understanding of cultural competencies, and a commitment to student advocacy.

Qualifications\n

• Must have a current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably within a school or community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
