Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify students' needs.

• Collaborate with students to create individualized treatment plans that align with their goals, needs, and cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in one-on-one, group, and family settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services for students experiencing acute distress, ensuring immediate support and coordinated care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, while complying with relevant regulations.

• Engage with students and families in psychoeducation, empowering them with effective strategies to manage mental health conditions.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and case managers, to ensure a collective approach to student care.

• Perform regular outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and adjust plans as needed based on evidence and feedback.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $130,000, contingent on experience and qualifications.
