Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students, evaluating their emotional and behavioral needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to address specific mental health challenges, ensuring they align with educational goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care, both individually and in group settings.

• Collaborate closely with educators and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student’s care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring student safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment processes and student progress in compliance with relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized and accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
