Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a clinician by working directly with clients who present symptoms related to major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in virtual and community settings.

• Conduct evidence-based and developmentally appropriate screenings, arranging for more detailed assessments when necessary.

• Create and implement integrated care plans, ensuring seamless access to necessary services while facilitating communications between clients, family members, and healthcare providers.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including brief prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to individual client needs.

• Crisis intervention, maintaining on-call responsibilities as assigned, to provide urgent support and guidance to clients in distress.

• Manage a caseload efficiently, offering individual, group, and family therapy sessions that are centered on clients’ presenting issues.

• Monitor treatments throughout the care continuum, including assessments, admissions, continued stays, and discharge preparations.

• Submit timely documentation, including reports and data as required, to maintain the integrity of client care records.
