This role is designed to function remotely, providing you with the luxury of working from home while maintaining strong connections with schools, educational staff, and families. Your work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing a balance of personal time and professional commitment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and mental health services tailored to the needs of students facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental, emotional, and social health, aiding in identifying necessary interventions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans that are customized to meet the unique needs of each patient while collaborating with educational and healthcare professionals.

• Monitor and document treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments to therapy approaches informed by patient feedback and clinical assessments.

• Actively participate in multi-disciplinary treatment teams, ensuring seamless care coordination with psychiatrists, educators, and family members.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health resources, treatment options, and coping strategies, fostering support networks outside of therapy.

• Adhere to all professional ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and informed consent throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution is required.

• 3 or more years of experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health support, specifically within school or community settings.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and educational staff.

• Proficient clinical skills, capable of conducting holistic assessments and devising evidence-based, tailored treatment plans.

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and familiarity with common healthcare software is a must.

• A solid understanding of diverse mental health conditions and their treatments, along with an appreciation for the unique circumstances facing school-age children.

Compensation and Benefits\n
