Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disturbances through individualized treatment plans.

• Engage actively with the interdisciplinary team to align clinical strategies with team objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care.

• Conduct culturally sensitive interactions with clients, acknowledging and respecting diverse traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal styles.

• Maintain adherence to professional ethical guidelines and organizational protocols while managing your caseload effectively.

• Facilitate brief, developmentally appropriate screenings, and execute or coordinate more in-depth assessments as necessary.

• Design and implement integrated care plans that prioritize client empowerment and choice, ensuring referral processes for additional support when needed.

• Provide crisis intervention and manage acute care situations with professionalism and empathy.

• Carry a diverse caseload, performing individual, group, and family therapy tailored to specific client needs.

• Participate in on-call coverage to address urgent client needs promptly, demonstrating commitment and flexibility.

Qualifications\n
