This remote position not only offers flexibility in your work schedule but also allows you to engage with a diverse mix of clients from various backgrounds. Operating as a community health clinic, we are open Monday through Saturday, presenting opportunities for you to tailor your working hours between 10 to 40 sessions per week. All administrative tasks, such as insurance credentialing and scheduling, are expertly managed by our team, allowing you to focus solely on providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Belfry Counseling Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, adolescents, and groups, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to meet client needs.
\n
• Providing therapeutic interventions, which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Facilitating effective communication with multidisciplinary teams regarding client assessments, treatment progress, and intervention strategies through documentation and team meetings.

• Managing case responsibilities by connecting patients with community resources and collaborating with other health professionals to ensure holistic care.

• Maintaining ethical, timely, and accurate documentation of all services provided, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper care coordination.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy, with a strong understanding of mental health care delivery.

Preferred Experience\n
