Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and continually evaluate the mental health status of clients through virtual sessions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client, considering their personal histories and mental health conditions.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based interventions to help clients improve their coping skills and overall mental health.

• Maintain regular follow-up meetings with clients to track progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and provide ongoing support.

You will serve a diverse array of clients ranging from adolescents to adults, experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
