Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting one-on-one telehealth sessions with clients to establish personalized treatment goals tailored to their unique needs.

• Providing evidence-based prevention-oriented therapy focusing on actionable strategies to enhance mental well-being.
\n
• Creating, implementing, and reviewing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other caregivers.
\n
• Facilitating holistic care by coordinating with additional treatment providers and placement agencies when necessary.
\n
• Ensuring that all documentation, including session notes and treatment plans, is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner to comply with regulatory standards.

• Managing a caseload effectively while maintaining a consistent and high-quality level of service to all clients.

• Participating in regular staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve clinical skills and contribute to team development.

• Enriching our organizational culture by contributing to team discussions about mental health trends and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure in the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Thorough understanding and familiarity with community mental health resources and support systems.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to connect with clients and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to guide clients towards constructive outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience performing telehealth counseling is a plus, particularly in adapting therapeutic techniques for a virtual setting.

• A strong background in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based practices that are conducive to effective client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
