Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using culturally competent frameworks to fully understand clients' personal circumstances and develop individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited university.

• Possession of a valid and active mental health license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Strong foundation in mental health disorders, therapeutic interventions, and cultural competence.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
