Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a primary clinician, providing direct support and therapy to assigned clients both in the community and via virtual platforms.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based assessments to identify the needs of clients with major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, facilitating appropriate treatments and interventions.

• Participate in crisis interventions as needed, demonstrating the capacity to respond to urgent situations and providing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing client treatment outcomes.
