Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your duties will encompass a range of critical mental health services:

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments for students, identifying their specific needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s mental health issues, emotional stability, and seamless integration into the school environment.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions specifically for cases involving ASD, learning disabilities, ADHD, emotional and behavioral disorders, and trauma recovery.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that focus on personal growth, emotional regulation, and constructive coping mechanisms.

• Work closely with educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to students during mental health emergencies.

• Offer psychoeducation to students and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and available resources.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that complies with legal guidelines and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing staff development to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona.
