Work Environment\n

This position will primarily be remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring essential mental health services are delivered to students within our educational facilities. The Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekends as necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within our organization, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for students, ensuring accurate evaluations of their individual needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing mental health issues and promoting emotional well-being.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to specific conditions, such as ASD, ADHD, learning disabilities, and trauma experiences.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to aid students in personal growth, emotional regulation, and the development of effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of educators and other professionals to create a holistic approach to student care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of students.

• Offer psychoeducation to students and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and available resources.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards, ensuring seamless communication among team members.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
