Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students, utilizing both standardized tools and observational methods to gather essential information.

• Develop, implement, and regularly adjust individualized treatment plans that focus on enhancing mental health and emotional well-being while ensuring successful school integration.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each student's needs, including strategies for autism, learning disabilities, emotional disturbances, ADHD, and trauma recovery.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions designed to foster personal growth, improve emotional regulation, and equip students with effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate actively with educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other key professionals to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to care.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students involved.

• Educate students and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources in the community.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all clinical interactions and interventions in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
