Work Environment\n

This position supports a hybrid work model, allowing for a remote work setting while engaging regularly with students, educators, and other healthcare professionals. Your schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts, rotating weekends, and on-call responsibilities for emergencies. This flexibility ensures you can adapt your work to meet the needs of the students and families you serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the emotional and psychological needs of students.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans, prioritizing the mental health and social integration of each student.

• Provide therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to ASD, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, ADHD, and trauma.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering emotional regulation and personal growth.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to deliver holistic care.

• Act as a crisis intervention specialist during mental health emergencies, ensuring students receive timely support.
\n
• Educate students and their families about mental health challenges and available resources, enhancing their understanding and coping strategies.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical interactions, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in team meetings, case conferences, and relevant training activities.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
