Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the emotional and behavioral needs of students.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that aim to enhance students' mental health, emotional resilience, and academic success.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions focusing on conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, ADHD, and trauma.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to support students in developing coping strategies, emotional regulation, and social skills.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals including teachers and special education staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student welfare.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for students experiencing mental health emergencies to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Educate students and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, promoting greater awareness and understanding.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities to enhance collaboration and care delivery.

The primary focus of this role is to work with students who exhibit a range of special needs, including autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral challenges, and those who have experienced trauma. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, we prefer candidates who have at least two years of post-licensure clinical experience, especially in settings working with children or adolescents in educational contexts. Compensation and Benefits\n
