Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students with varying degrees of special needs, identifying their unique challenges and strengths. \n
- Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that focus on enhancing emotional well-being and facilitating successful integration into their educational environment. \n
- Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions for conditions such as ASD, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral challenges, and trauma-related issues. \n

- Collaborate with a diverse team, including educators and therapists, to ensure holistic care for each student. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations. \n
- Educate students and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources, advocating for their needs. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all records reflect high-quality care. \n
- Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and continuous professional development activities. \n
- Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines that govern mental health practices. \n
This role focuses on working with students who have been identified with special needs, including those with ASD, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, and ADHD. Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania. \n
- Strong foundational knowledge in mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and trauma-informed care practices. \n
- Ability to conduct mental health assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop actionable treatment plans. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, demonstrating comfort and competence with technological tools. \n
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, appreciating the contributions of diverse perspectives. \n

- A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting is preferred. \n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
