Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical adherence in all aspects of patient care.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and clinical psychologists, to provide comprehensive and holistic oversight of each client’s treatment.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews to optimize care delivery and share insights on best practices.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health, treatment modalities, and local resources to facilitate support beyond therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
