Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for students experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, ensuring developmentally appropriate approaches in each case.

• Collaborate with school personnel, families, and other community service providers to develop integrated care plans that ensure comprehensive support for assigned clients.

• Engage in individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address clients' specific needs, applying evidence-based interventions and fostering a safe and affirming environment.

• Work closely with educational staff and parents to monitor clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to address changing needs or crises.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, utilizing strong assessment and de-escalation skills to effectively manage acute situations.

• Complete timely documentation and maintain case records that reflect compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and training sessions to enhance care delivery, share insights, and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work and a current New York state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
