Work Environment\n

In this remote role, you will primarily collaborate with school staff and mental health professionals while maintaining a connection with students and families. The work schedule encompasses Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekend coverage to meet the mental health needs of students during critical times. You will also be expected to provide on-call support for urgent mental health situations, reflecting our commitment to comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate students' personal history, presenting concerns, and potential risk factors to develop a deep understanding of their needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address a spectrum of mental health issues.

• Work in tandem with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for students.

• Engage in crisis intervention during emergency situations, employing de-escalation techniques and making appropriate referrals for advanced care as needed.

• Provide psychoeducation to students and their families, ensuring they understand mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
