Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the needs of students, developing customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients build resilience and emotional regulation skills.

• Maintain detailed, secure, and organized clinical records, prioritizing confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and agency policies.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and educational professionals, to deliver a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to strengthen the quality of care and share insights that promote best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
