Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ psychological health using evidence-based tools, such as the DSM-5, to determine diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and promptly in our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with students, families, and other healthcare providers to craft comprehensive treatment outlines that align with patient goals and cultural backgrounds.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions through virtual platforms, guiding families through coping mechanisms and strategies for dealing with the emotional impact of illness.

• Provide mentorship and educational support to interns and other healthcare providers, contributing to a collaborative learning environment within the center.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and expertise, as well as peer review and team meetings to foster a culture of collaborative care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals and families impacted by cancer diagnoses, particularly children in the school setting. You will be instrumental in addressing both immediate mental health needs and long-term psychological resilience, guiding youth as they navigate challenges posed by illness in a supportive and understanding environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic techniques and a commitment to applying evidence-based practices in treatment.

• Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while maintaining active communication with team members and stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive compensation package, with a salary range between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
