Key Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate with the health care team in planning and organizing services that address the complex needs of students and their families.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient progress and challenges, communicating effectively with physicians to ensure an integrated approach to mental healthcare.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including progress notes and treatment documentation, in accordance with established policies and standards.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating psychosocial assessments and evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's unique situations and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Iron Will Mental Health Clinic, you will primarily work with youth struggling with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your expertise will help guide these individuals through their mental health challenges and equip them with the coping mechanisms necessary for success in their educational environments and personal lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in outpatient settings, preferably with adolescents.

• Proficiency in the use of electronic medical records and computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and email communication.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and with patients.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
