Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans for students based on thorough psychosocial assessments, ensuring alignment with best social work practices.

• Maintain ongoing communication with school staff and educators to monitor student progress, share insights, and collaboratively adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately, including detailed clinical and progress notes, in adherence to department policies and guidelines.

• Engage in crisis intervention and therapeutic counseling sessions, providing compassionate support to students facing emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Coordinate with families and support systems to enhance treatment plans and facilitate successful discharge planning for students transitioning from acute care settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in an outpatient setting, particularly in school-based mental health or similar environments.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English necessary for effective patient and family interactions.

• Adept with technology, including proficiency in MS Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate and accessible records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
