Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate each student's mental health, identifying concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide therapeutic services through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that specify measurable goals and interventions tailored to each student's unique needs.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, school counselors, and other educators to ensure an integrated approach to care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, proactively conducting risk assessments and safety planning.

• Maintain rigorous documentation aligned with ethical and legal standards, ensuring comprehensive records of interactions and progress.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to create a supportive community for students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve students of various ages within the school setting, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
