As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Lifescapes, you will utilize telehealth platforms and innovative digital tools to conduct assessments and therapy, ensuring that distance does not inhibit the delivery of quality care. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Full-Time LCSW, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of students' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions.

• Implementing behavior modification strategies to address and intervene in client behaviors, fostering positive coping mechanisms.

• Collaborating with school staff, including teachers and administrators, to integrate therapeutic interventions into the educational environment.

• Providing guidance and support to families to enhance their understanding of mental health needs and promote overall well-being.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of clinical evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with established standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing mental health support to school-aged children and adolescents, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
