Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy sessions through telehealth, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral problems.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ emotional, social, and behavioral health to establish a clear understanding of their needs.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices and align with the best interests of the patient.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including school psychologists, special education staff, and primary care providers, promoting a multidisciplinary approach to student wellness.

• Monitor student progress regularly, utilizing feedback from clients and other stakeholders to refine and optimize therapeutic interventions.

• Educate students and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources available to them.

• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards for practice, maintaining confidentiality and obtaining informed consent for all services rendered.

• Participate in professional development and contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on supporting students with varying mental health conditions in a school setting. You will interact with children and adolescents who may be experiencing challenges such as academic stress, social anxiety, depression, and histories of trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
