Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate students’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and family therapy techniques.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including educators and school psychologists, to provide holistic care to students.

• Provide educational workshops and support to students and their families about mental wellness and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may be experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a focus on clinical practice.
