Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Marvin Behavioral Health & Recovery Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy for clients across diverse age groups, focusing on their unique goals and needs.

• Utilizing a billing service to manage client claims, insurance accounts, and payment plan arrangements to ensure seamless administrative processes.

• Documenting all client interactions, therapy notes, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Scheduling ongoing therapy appointments and managing your calendar, ensuring efficient use of your time while accommodating client needs.

• Evaluating and addressing a wide range of clinical presentations, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues, to facilitate comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will center around serving a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, within school settings. You will engage with students and families facing various challenges, helping them develop coping strategies and improving their overall mental health. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure to practice independently as an LCSW in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
