Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ emotional and social needs, including interviews, surveys, and observations.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to facilitate recovery and improve mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our practice management system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of educators, counselors, and healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to student welfare.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse student population, addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
