Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs, identify strengths, and develop tailored interventions.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused approaches.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement effective, client-centered treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to foster peer support and shared learning.

• Engage in crisis intervention and safety planning, providing immediate support to students facing acute mental health challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of session notes, treatment plans, and progress assessments in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records to coordinate care and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges. Diverse in backgrounds and experiences, our clients may include those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
