Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will conduct therapy sessions with couples and individuals, focusing on a range of clinical issues affecting family dynamics. Your key responsibilities include:

• Providing individual and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities to support your clients in overcoming challenges.

• Assessing client situations and developing tailored treatment plans that address unique family concerns, including conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and adjustment issues following separation or divorce.

• Facilitating effective communication among family members to enhance understanding and resolution of conflicts.
\n
• Maintaining thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational protocols and state regulations.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients dealing with complex psychological and social issues.
\n
• Participating in regular case reviews and providing peer support to enhance the quality of care within the organization.

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents who may be facing numerous challenges such as:

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
