Additionally, our collaborative virtual workspace promotes communication and shared learning among team members, enhancing your professional development and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • \n
  • Implement diverse therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, and families in various circumstances.
  • \n
  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address prevalent mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and shared experience among participants.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for patients while enhancing treatment outcomes.

  • \n
Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents, each dealing with unique mental health challenges. This encompasses individuals with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma histories, and substance use issues. By providing culturally sensitive care and adapting your approach based on client needs and backgrounds, you will create a supportive and therapeutic environment that encourages growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • \n
  • Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • \n
