Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive working relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining clear boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress and stability, scheduling follow-up appointments, and planning for discharge when clinically appropriate.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Administer comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and establish initial treatment pathways.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on an outpatient population, including diverse clients from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and Outlook for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
