Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients utilizing standardized tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to understand their mental health needs comprehensively.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans by integrating evidence-based practices that consider cultural diversity and specific patient needs.

• Provide ongoing evaluations of patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Serve as an integral part of the clinical team by collaborating with other providers to establish a robust continuum of care.

• Educate patients and families about treatment processes and coping strategies, actively involving them in their own care.

• Mentor and provide guidance to social work students, interns, and other team members to promote professional growth and clinical proficiency.

• Assist in facilitating referrals and connections to other healthcare services, ensuring a smooth transition for patients in need of additional support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with patients who are undergoing detoxification from substance use, as well as their families, who may experience significant emotional and psychological challenges. The LCSW will utilize a trauma-informed approach to address the unique needs of this vulnerable population, ensuring that care is empathetic, respectful, and responsive to each individual's circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
