LumaMind Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position allows for remote work while actively engaging with clients in an outpatient office setting in Pahrump, Nevada. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.

Work Environment\n

At LumaMind, we believe in a balanced work-life dynamic. Our flexible schedule allows clinicians to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the option for telehealth sessions when appropriate. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions within an outpatient setting, addressing emotional and psychological issues.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and collaboratively develop goal-oriented treatment plans.
\n
• Employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat conditions such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Document all client progress and treatment plans accurately and timely in accordance with state regulations and agency policies.
\n
• Engage actively in weekly case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and best practices to enhance client outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, including training sessions offered by the clinic, to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele presenting a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, relationship challenges, grief, and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• An active LMFT license in the state of Nevada, or eligibility to acquire licensure within 90 days of employment.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in providing culturally responsive therapy and sensitivity to the unique experiences of clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, a commitment to ethical practices, and the capacity for sound clinical judgment.
