Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide counseling services across various platforms to clients experiencing mental health challenges, utilizing techniques grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to identify client needs and accurately develop integrated care plans that facilitate access to linked services.

• Assist clients through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring that treatment focuses on presenting problems and aligns with clients' goals.

• Take part in crisis intervention efforts, addressing urgent client needs as they arise to maintain a safe and supportive environment.

• Monitor client progress and documentation carefully, including admissions, treatment plans, and discharge criteria, ensuring timely report submissions.

• Provide on-call coverage as necessary, further supporting client needs outside regular program hours.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
