Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in one-on-one sessions, family counseling, and group therapy formats.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure patients in acute distress receive necessary support.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, while adhering to regulatory and ethical standards.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver holistic care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
