Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including emotional, behavioral, and social functioning evaluations to accurately gauge each patient’s needs.

• Formulate individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, ensuring they are culturally competent and tailored to the unique experiences of our diverse patient population.

• Provide psychotherapy sessions utilizing various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, while continuously adapting techniques based on patient response and progress.

• Document and maintain thorough records of patient interactions and treatment progress in our electronic health records (EHRs) system, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and best practices.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and addiction specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for patients in withdrawal and recovery stages.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best practices and advancements in mental health and social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele dealing with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Your expertise will contribute to supporting patients experiencing anxiety, depression, distress from past trauma, and varying levels of emotional instability as they transition from the detoxification phase into more long-term recovery. Your empathetic approach will play a crucial role in their recovery journeys, ensuring they feel understood and supported in a safe and nurturing environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
