Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Analyze symptom intensity, duration, and frequency.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with individual goals, preferences, and documented progress.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster healing and resilience.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, enhancing overall treatment engagement.

• Monitor and document client progress diligently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evidence and ongoing assessment.

• Work in collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring that mental health needs are part of the broader health conversation.

• Stay informed on the latest research surrounding mood disorders to continuously enhance treatment methodologies and awareness.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
