Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy services to clients experiencing symptoms indicative of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders, both in office and community settings.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet shared goals and participate actively in multidisciplinary treatment planning meetings.

• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with clients, which enhances engagement and improves treatment adherence.

• Conduct thorough assessments using evidence-based screening tools to determine appropriate treatment plans and interventions.
\n
• Implement and manage comprehensive care plans that ensure coordinated access to various support services and resources.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on enhancing coping strategies, emotional regulation, and recovery outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, using de-escalation techniques to maintain client safety and stability.

• Coordinate regularly with healthcare providers and case managers to exchange information regarding client progress and treatment adjustments.

• Monitor client care through regular evaluations, documentation, and compliance with ethical standards and organizational guidelines.

• Participate in on-call duties as assigned, ensuring coverage during program hours, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; current LCSW licensure in Arizona is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
