Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and discern their strengths and challenges, thereby laying the groundwork for effective intervention strategies.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy by employing culturally sensitive techniques and tailoring therapy sessions to meet diverse client needs.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to address complex mental health issues.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that outline specific, measurable goals, interventions, and ongoing progress assessments to ensure effective client support.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nursing staff, to formulate holistic treatment strategies and coordinate care effectively.

• Facilitate crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to support clients in acute distress.

• Advocate passionately for clients' rights, connecting them to community resources and providing comprehensive case management support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
