Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments with couples and families to identify strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples while providing individual therapy sessions for each partner, tailored to their specific needs.
\n
• Addressing a range of issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Engaging in case management and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to create a supportive network for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including adults and children/adolescents. Your caseload may encompass individuals experiencing challenges such as blended family issues, job stress, adjustment to separation or divorce, and conflicts among family members. Your expertise will guide families toward healthier dynamics and improved communication.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for the LMFT position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
