Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, utilizing standardized tools and evidence-based practices.

• Evaluate client needs, issues, and goals, developing targeted treatment plans that are collaboratively created with the client.

• Hold individual therapy sessions aimed at addressing various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions that promote communication skills, conflict resolution, and emotional intimacy.

• Modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessments, ensuring that therapeutic strategies align with the evolving needs of each client.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Remain active in crisis intervention efforts for clients experiencing acute distress, providing support and guidance as necessary.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including doctors, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development, staying updated with the latest research and practices in marriage and family therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
