Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives within our therapeutic programs, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

• Complete clinical documentation on the same day of service delivery, providing timely clinical information to patient access representatives and insurance providers to facilitate service authorization.
\n
• Assess the evolving needs of patients according to outpatient and partial hospitalization program guidelines, incorporating these assessments into individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to clients, while actively involving families in the assessment and treatment processes as appropriate. Educate clients about recovery strategies.

• Maintain accurate daily records of clinical productivity and caseload management as instructed.
\n
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that address a variety of patient needs, incorporating therapeutic and supportive services to promote holistic healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving children, youth, and young adults who face diverse mental health challenges. By providing individualized therapy and comprehensive family involvement, you will support clients as they navigate their unique journeys toward recovery, resilience, and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Pennsylvania license as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker.

• Licensure as a Behavior Specialist with a graduate degree that includes a clinical or mental health direct care practicum.

• A minimum of three years of full-time experience delivering mental health direct care services to children, youth, or young adults, including a graduate degree with at least nine credits specific to clinical practice in human services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities is strongly preferred, allowing for effective remote engagement with clients.

• Previous work in community health settings or clinics focused on youth mental health will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
