This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a connection with clients via teletherapy. In addition, you will have the option to use our outpatient office facilities in Chandler, AZ, which are designed to provide a welcoming and private setting for therapy sessions. Our collaborative workspace is designed for flexibility and includes resources that facilitate professional development and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges effectively and to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Providing individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, where you will apply therapeutic techniques that suit the diverse needs of clients.

• Collaboratively setting therapeutic goals with clients and closely monitoring their progress throughout their therapy journey.

• Offering teletherapy sessions to clients who prefer virtual appointments or have mobility constraints, ensuring they receive care regardless of their situation.

• Maintaining high ethical standards through accurate documentation and timely communication with clients, adhering to all regulatory requirements.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest therapy trends, methodologies, and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with individuals and families experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other behavioral disorders. The clients come from diverse backgrounds, and a culturally competent approach is essential to ensure all clients feel safe and understood in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Proven track record of establishing strong therapeutic relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A compassionate approach accompanied by empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients’ unique experiences and struggles.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, experience working in a private practice setting, and knowledge of addiction treatment are advantageous. A keen understanding of integrating clinical practices into treatment plans to support recovery and long-term wellness is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
